Feeding Recommendation for Vital DogTo support digestion, it is advisable to divide the daily feeding amount into several smaller portions. The recommended feeding period initially extends up to 6 months. It is recommended to consult a veterinarian before starting or extending the feeding period.

For dogs with chronic kidney insufficiency, feeding Vital Renal or another renal diet is required for life. Early use of a renal diet can extend both the lifespan and, most importantly, the quality of life of your dog.

If your dog shows no appetite, you can gently warm the wet food in a water bath. The aroma of warmed wet food often stimulates the appetite of sick dogs. During treatment with Vital Renal, do not feed other dog foods or treats, as this may compromise the effectiveness of the diet.
