A Singapore-based company involved with high performance dog sports for the last 30 years. During the last 30 years, many things have changed, but my focus has remained the same.

I aspire to train German Shepherds and dogs of all breeds to reach top-level performance. A well-bred German Shepherd should possess not only sound anatomy but also the ability and willingness to work. Over time, my training philosophy has evolved in line with the progression of modern dog training. I believe in teaching through clear communication, using methods that require minimal effort and allow the dog to understand as quickly as possible. This approach respects the dog’s natural learning process and strengthens the bond between dog and handler.

My training philosophy has evolved with time, reflecting the progression of modern dog training, i believe in teaching dogs in a way that communicate the message clearly, with minimal effort and in the shortest possible time for the dog to understand. This approach not only respect the dog's learning process but also strengthens the bond between dog and handler.

There are several effective ways to train dogs, including compulsion training and positive reinforcement training. Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the right approach depends largely on your dog’s temperament and behaviour.

At Lei Ces, we combine different training techniques to suit each dog’s unique personality—whether your dog is soft, playful, strong-willed, hyperactive, bold, shy, energetic, or laid-back. Most dogs respond especially well to positive reinforcement methods, such as food rewards, play, praise, and motivation.

Our training programs focus on building a solid foundation so that owners and handlers fully understand the methods being used. We emphasize humane, balanced training approaches rather than relying on a single method, ensuring your dog learns effectively while staying happy and healthy.

Protection Training

Ability to work as a team between the dog and handler with trust and understanding. To possess physical and mental traits that render possible an ever-ready working cooperative, adapting to every situation and taking to work willingly with courage and hardness to defend their property, ready for challenges and on guard.

Group Training

We teach puppies and handlers/owners constructive and valuable exercises. We also teach them how to play with puppies.

Protection

Ability to work as a team between the dog & handler with trust and understanding. To possess physical & mental traits that render possible an ever-ready working with cooperative, adapting to every situation & take to work willingly with courage & hardness to defend his property readily for challenges to attack

Temperament Test

Protection is a wonderful sport. It is fun for both the dog and the handler, it’s challenging and rewarding. The evaluation is the best way we have of testing a dog’s temperament, dog’s aggression, gun shyness, and other temperament and character faults that degrade working ability.

It’s how well the dog puts it all together under stressful conditions. The dog will demonstrate his level of training, his guide ability, self-confidence, courage, sovereignty, nerve soundness, etc..to an impartial evaluator on a strange field with a strange helper. Dog should be joyful but precise and controlled in the obedience and should be confident, active, powerful yet obedient in the protection
